NO REFUNDS for Early Departure

Reservations that include March require a minimum stay of 60 nights.
Guests staying 90 nights or longer are entitled to a refund of all accumulated taxes upon check-out.

No Pets / No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, on balconies, and in common areas at The Strand Resort. A designated smoking area is available in front of the building on the north side. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside a guest room.
