Cruisin’ the Beach Car Show Set to Draw Autos, Enthusiasts to Myrtle Beach in October

For car lovers, there’s something singularly special about cruising along the coastline. From the smell of the salty air blowing into the cabin through your vehicle’s rolled-down windows (or through your hair when the top is down in a convertible) to taking in scenic seaside sights like palm trees, beaches and ocean waves along the route, it’s a driving/riding experience that simply can’t be matched anywhere inland.

Of course, with all these coastal draws in place — along with abundant amenities and a long list of family-friendly attractions within easy reach — it’s no wonder that Myrtle Beach is a favorite destination for automobile enthusiasts of all stripes. And considering all of this, it should also come as no surprise that the Grand Strand is a go-to location choice among car-show planners and guests alike.

If you’ve ever tried a beer or wine trail, a coffee trail in Myrtle Beach won’t disappoint. Our list will help you plan out the perfect morning pitstops and forge your path to all the best roasters in Myrtle Beach.

A Must-Catch Event for Car Lovers

With October fast approaching, great news is in store for lovers of cars and fans of Myrtle Beach. That’s because one of the Grand Strand’s most popular car shows, the annual Cruisin’ the Beach Car Show and Swapmeet, is just around the corner!

Set for October 5–7 at Myrtle Beach shopping/dining/entertainment hot spot Broadway at the Beach, Cruisin’ the Beach promises to attract hundreds of awe-inspiring automobiles, including a range of classic, modern, muscle and vintage cars, throughout its three-day run. Vendors will also be set up on the show’s grounds to offer parts, clothing, memorabilia, food, drinks and more to the thousands of auto enthusiasts expected to be in attendance.
