Highly recommended, with great musicians and family-friendly laughs during stage changes. The holiday show is renowned. New to this award-winning show for 2021: Juggler Slim Chance.

Holiday show: The Christmas Show of the South
If you’ve seen the highly acclaimed Time Warp, you’re in for a holiday treat. Many consider this the best show at the beach. You’ll love the top-notch entertainment, incredible music, and spectacular costumes. The theatre is also decorated beautifully.
3. Pirates Voyage
Holiday show: A Christmas Carol
Captain Scrooge and his swashbuckling crew take on the Charles Dickens classic. Enjoy a steady supply of pirates, acrobatics, and a delicious meal, plus a beautiful nativity. It’s sure to be a Holly Jolly (Roger!) Christmas for everyone.
4. Medieval Times
Holiday show: None
They don’t do a holiday show, but they decorate the lobby for the occasion. Regardless, you’ll always have a great time and enjoy the show here. Come cheer for your knight and enjoy the feast!
5. Legends in Concert
Holiday show: Christmas songs
That’ll get you in the Christmas spirit! Hear your favorite tribute performers break out the holiday tunes. The production — from singers to dancers to the set — will leave you standing and clapping.
6. Wine Therapy
Holiday show: Paige King Johnson Blend of Country and Holiday Music
Don’t miss a chance to see this small-town N.C. rising star in an intimate setting. Paige is an expert at storytelling through song. Stick around Friday, Dec. 10, 1-4 p.m., for holiday shopping at perhaps the finest natural wine shop in the region.
7. Brookgreen Gardens
Holiday show: Night of a Thousand Candles
For a more mellow holiday show, head to this annual spectacle. More than 2,800 hand-lit candles and sparkling lights illuminate these beautiful grounds. Come to hear carolers, walk the garden paths, and enjoy cider, cocoa, or wine.
