Namaste, all the way. What better morning routine on a Myrtle Beach getaway than to start with a mantra and move to a muffin? Whether it’s part of your every day or a special vacation treat, you can do it here.
We’ve paired a few yoga studios with local breakfast joints for the kind of rise-and-shine that’s sure to last all day.
Places to practice and spots to nosh are both strong on the Grand Strand. It’s all part of the all-inclusive experience of vacationing here. Here’s to yoga mats and stacks of pancakes.
A morning routine … on vacation?
Yes! It’s optional, and there’s nothing wrong with taking it easy and sleeping in while on a weekend away. Consider maintaining a regular schedule to some degree, though. A good, invigorating morning routine is something to look forward to. It gives you control over your mindset and can bring a lift to whatever your day brings.
