The best detective may win a prize, but all investigators will delight in the reward of an included three-course meal.

This captivating mystery theater is only the tip of the entertainment iceberg at the House of Blues. The venue was founded to bring the sweet sounds of Rhythm and Blues, Gospel, Jazz and roots-based Rock & Roll to the Grand Strand. It delivers daily with concerts on The Deck or in the one-of-a-kind Concert Hall. The Deck at the House of Blues hosts free live music Monday through Saturday from 7 to 11 p.m. Lounge under the stars by the fire pit and enjoy delicious bites from the Smokehouse. Nothing beats a cold beer or cocktail, great music, and bonding time with family, friends and fellow music lovers on The Deck.

Just beyond The Deck, the unique Concert Hall is sheathed in tin from an authentic tobacco farm in Jackson, Mississippi, and has the ambience of an old Mississippi Delta juke joint. Rumor has it that a box of Mississippi Delta mud is welded to the structure beneath the stage to ensure all performing artists have the spirit of the South beneath their feet. Everyone from tribute bands to big names like the Eli Young Band have rocked out on the hall stage with the spirit of the Mississippi cheering them on.

“Pass the Line” is the best way to get priority entrance to a House of Blues concert. A purchase of $20 or more per person from the restaurant and bar gets music lovers a pass.
